- Develop internal methodology for analysis of oligonucleotides and raw materials used for oligonucleotide synthesis and delivery, including HPLC (IP-RP, AEX, SEC and UPLC), LC-MS, MS/MS, GC and other analytical technologies. Optimize methods to improve method quality and understanding of product, e.g. impurity identification and profile. Compare results with CDMO(s), troubleshoot issues, and collaborate to improve analyses at the contractor.
- Analyze materials produced by Brii scientists and report results. Hands on work in laboratory is expected.
- Maintain analytical equipment in good condition and ensure calibration.
- Remain current with latest technology and methods for oligonucleotides and share information across company to ensure Brii’s leadership in area.
- Work closely with laboratory team members to optimize work flow and push forward discovery and early development drug candidates and platforms.
