Brii Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DMPK expertise to join our dynamic R&D team. This role serves as the DMPK subject matter expert across Brii’s portfolio, supporting programs from early discovery through clinical development and regulatory submission.
工作职责
- Design, execute, analyze, and interpret in vitro and in vivo ADME and PK studies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of DMPK strategies to support key project decisions
- Support early-stage compound screening and optimization, and PCC selection
- Identify and assess PK, metabolism, and exposure-related risks, and propose optimization strategies
- Participate in the design and execution of DMPK and TK studies for IND-enabling programs
- Responsible for communication and management of outsourced CROs, as well as overseeing bioanalytical method development and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability, study quality, timelines, and compliance
- Support preparation of DMPK-related sections for IND submissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacology, toxicology, CMC, and clinical teams, providing DMPK expertise
任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Drug Metabolism, Pharmacokinetics, or a related field (Master’s preferred), with 1–3 years of relevant DMPK experience
- Proven experience independently leading and completing PK or ADME studies
- Familiarity with standard DMPK workflows and commonly used techniques (e.g., LC-MS/MS, in vitro metabolism assays)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience in IND-enabling studies is a plus
- Good teamwork and cross-functional communication skills
- Prior experience with nucleic acid therapeutics (e.g., siRNA, ASO, mRNA) is a plus; familiarity with delivery systems (e.g., LNP) and their impact on biodistribution and exposure is preferred
- Good English proficiency, with the ability to read scientific literature and communicate effectively in daily work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with PBPK modeling and simulation, with the ability to support quantitative pharmacology analysis in drug development
- Project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple tasks in parallel
